Fastest and probably the easiest route to the top of Germany if you don't mind some easy climbing and via ferrata.
The first part is going over a moderately steep path, until you reach Stopselzieher via ferrata. That part until you get to the top of the ridge is where the climbing starts. Nothing difficult in that part even for beginners.
Still, don't underestimate it, it takes a longer time to get up there and can be tiring in the last few meters as the height is increasing.
Most of the way you have a great view on Eibsee and don't forget to take pictures from the famous golden cross.
