Fairly easy hike to the best view on Tegernsee is something that is "must". It is doable even if you are not in good fitness and also accessible with cable car.
Close to the summit is a good restaurant (can recommend Keiserschmarrn) with panoramic view. In winter it is also possible to sledge down and is one of the longest sledging slopes in Germany (and is fast in some sections).
From the top you have the best view on Tegernsee on one side and on the other side all the way to highest Austrian mountain Grossglockner.
