This beautiful route requires some effort to finish, but anybody with good fitness will have no problems with it.
Schafreuter is that mighty looking peak at the beginning of Karwendel, with remarkable rock formations.
To get to the summit no special skill is needed. Cable is provided in a few places and it shouldn't be a problem for most of the people. From there you'll have a nice view of Karwendel, all the way to Walchensee and Guffertspitze.
A great hut is on the other side of the mountain and you also have an opportunity to visit another peak next to it.
