Here's the peak that you have to visit at least once in the lifetime. On the summit you will enjoy an amazing view of Neuschwanstein castle in the distance and the lakes surrounding it.
The other side opens up the view to the mountains in Austria all the way to Zugspitze.
In general good fitness is needed, but there are no hard parts. Close to the end you will get to the hut where you can refresh yourself and enjoy the view.
After the hut it starts a steeper part, secured with a cable in a few places. No need for via ferrata equipment though, but the helmet is more than welcome. Just before the summit you will have to scramble a bit.
