Fairly exhausting hike especially going up from the east side while the middle part is a more technical part secured with cable.
The equipment for via ferrata is not necessary if you are experienced, so it's nothing difficult and doable under one hour.
Getting up is serious business as it is fairly steep for a longer time. You can also do this hike from the opposite side, but then getting down is very though on your knees, so I wouldn't recommend it.
The view is amazing all the way as you can see Zugspitze and Mieming range on one side and on the other side all the way to Großglockner and even Dolomites. If you're lucky you'll see some cows and horses freely roaming around.
