This route is something that is not to underestimate. Even though you are staying in low altitudes, elevation gain is surprisingly high. This makes it a good candidate for a training when the higher peaks are under the snow.
It also takes more time to complete it, so bring some additional food and water just in case. You will see a few huts in your way, they are mostly at the beginning of the adventure and they might be close on your way back after 8-9 hours.
It starts with the walking, while the middle and last part closer to Benediktenwand requires some easy climbing partially covered with cable. Of course, the view will be great as you are walking on the ridge most of the time.
On Benediktenwand you will probably get pretty close to the ibex as this is mountains is famous for their natural habitat.
